We are focused on providing skills and mentorship to urban youth, that will help them navigate through some of the hardships they face in urban areas.

Team Air provides Group and individual consulting. Our consulting team has credible messengers who grow up, and live in urban areas. We provide consulting service to create deeper understanding on some of the challenges that we are facing in urban areas.
Urban Skills Toolbox Series Workshops
The Urban Skills Toolbox Series©. is an original curriculum tailored to reducing conflict amongst youth and young people. A few of the areas we cover are Perspective, Mindset, Direction, Shift and resilience. 6-8 and 9-12 Grades
Mentoring Program
SAVING G-NUT #AtAllCosts is an original and relevant approach to mentoring that introduces you to G-Nut, a native of Kansas City, who grew up in the urban core, faced extreme challenges, and made decisions that would forever change his life. Join us and become part of his story. Walk with him through the experiences he faced. Join him with helping our youth make fresh, new choices.
This workshop includes;
Three dynamic leadership skills that youth can begin using immediately
The true story of G-Nut presented in video format for discussion
TEAMAiR Skill Building Cards to use with your mentee(s)
Interactive Skill Building activities that make the point easy to remember
Reentry Programing
Team Air works with individuals who has been involved with the justice system. Our reentry programing supports individuals with a productive and safe transition back into society.
